I HAVE A TAKUMI KEY CHAIN. DO I STILL NEED TO REGISTER FOR THE PIGGY APP?

When you started using the key chain, you entered your email address. With this e-mail address you are registered with Piggy. You will then receive login details at this e-mail address. Make sure that when you start using the app, you click on login, and not on register.

GENERAL INFORMATION

HOW MANY KEY CHAINS CAN I ACTIVATE TO REDEEM?

As a consumer you can activate as many key chains as you want. If you have lost your key chain, you can ask for a new key chain.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SHARE THE KEY CHAIN WITH OTHERS?

You can also save together with your partner, family member, company, or friend on the same account with multiple key chains. You can only save with several key chains together if all key chains are linked to the same e-mail address.

WILL MY SAVED TAKUMI POINTS EVER EXPIRE?

The Takumi points are not tied to an expiration date.

I STILL HAVE AN OLD POINT CARD, WHAT DO I DO?

When returning an old point card, the customer receives 15 digital Piggy points per stamp. This can be determined per location.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS?

From your old e-mail address, send an e-mail to support@piggy.nl, with the request to change your e-mail address. Don’t forget to mention the new e-mail address!

WHERE CAN I LOG IN?

Click on the following link: customer.piggy.eu

Enter the email address associated with your key chain and enter the password. Now click on login. You will then enter a personal dashboard where you can view all your data and saved points.

We would like to advise you to perform the above actions through the Google Chrome web browser. Through other (outdated) browsers, a white screen often becomes visible.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. HOW DO I REQUEST A NEW PASSWORD?

Site:

    • Click on www.piggy.eu at the top left on Log in and on Consumer.
    • Click on forgot password.
    • Enter the e-mail address with which you registered with Piggy and click on send.
    • Within a minute you will receive an email from Piggy with a link to reset your password. Click on this link.
    • You will be redirected to a Piggy site, where you can enter your new password.

App:

  • Choose one of the three login options.
  • Click on next, and then on forgot password or on magic link.
  • Within a minute you will receive an email from Piggy with a link to reset your password. Click on this link.
  • You will be redirected to a Piggy site, where you can enter your new password.

KEY CHAIN

I HAVE LOST MY KEY CHAIN, WHAT NOW?

  • The points you save are linked to the e-mail address with which you are registered.

The next time you come to visit Takumi, you can simply ask for a new key chain. You will have this card scanned and provide the e-mail address that was linked to the lost card; the points are then transferred automatically. We will then send you a one-time message to your e-mail address to verify that you are the rightful owner of the key chain.

Tip: You can also download the Piggy app on your mobile phone. Then you will never need a physical key chain again. After downloading and entering your e-mail address and password, click on log in.

CAN I DEACTIVATE MY KEY CHAIN?

It’s possible to deactivate your key chain.

    • Log in at www.piggy.eu
    • Click on profile and then on cards.
    • Here you can deactivate your key chain.
    • In addition, it is also possible to deactivate your key chain through the Piggy app.
    • Open the app.
    • Press the icon of the figure at the bottom.
    • Then press Piggy cards. Here you can deactivate the key chain.

HOW CAN I REDEEM MY REWARD?

    • Scan the QR code on your key chain or on your Piggy app with the iPad / mobile in the store.
    • The rewards you can redeem are shown in green. Tap the reward you want to redeem and then tap ‘redeem’.
    • The points are debited, and you receive the reward from a Takumi staff member.

HOW CAN I REDEEM MY DIGITAL REWARD?

  • Scan the QR code on your key chain or on your Piggy app with the iPad / mobile in the store.
  • The rewards you can redeem are shown in green. Tap the reward you want to redeem and then tap ‘redeem’.
  • The points are debited, and you will receive a personal e-mail with information about this digital reward.

IF I HAVE LOST MY KEY CHAIN AND RECEIVE A NEW CARD, WHAT HAPPENS TO MY OLD KEY CHAIN?

The key chain remains activated, so that you can use it again if you find the key chain.

It is also possible to deactivate the old key chain.

  • Log in at www.piggy.eu
  • Click on profile and then on cards.
  • Here you can deactivate your key chain.
  • In addition, it is also possible to deactivate your key chain through the Piggy app.
  • Open the app.
  • Press the icon of the figure at the bottom.
  • Then press Piggy cards. Here you can deactivate the key chain.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE PIGGY APP?

Download the Piggy app for free on your mobile phone if you have not already done so and follow the steps below.

  • In the Search… field at the top, enter the city or name of the Takumi you are looking for

GIFT CARD

TAKUMI GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Takumi Gift Card is available in the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy and Austria. The following conditions apply to any use of the Takumi Gift Card.

  1. These terms and conditions apply to all electronic and physical gift cards issued by Takumi (hereinafter collectively: “Takumi Gift Card”) that are sold by Takumi and third parties designated by Takumi.
  2. The Takumi Gift Card is valid indefinitely and can be exchanged at any time for products from the Takumi, Sapporo and Umaimon restaurants, with the exception of Takumi Collection webshop and take away/delivery.
  3. The Takumi Gift Card is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be returned.
  4. It is not permitted to use the Takumi Gift Card in any way whatsoever for commercial purposes – such as resale for any direct or indirect profit – or for purposes other than those for which the Takumi Gift Card was issued.
  5. Takumi can inform itself within legal frameworks whether the payment obligations can be met correctly, as well as all those facts and factors that are important for the responsible conclusion of a distance contract. If, based of his investigation, Takumi has good reasons not to enter into the agreement, Takumi is entitled to refuse an order of the Takumi Gift Card or to attach special conditions to the execution.
  6. When purchasing in the Takumi, Sapporo and Umaimon restaurants, a maximum of five (5) the Takumi Gift Cards can be redeemed simultaneously.
  7. The Takumi Gift Card is only issued once. It is not possible to transfer the (residual) value of the Takumi Gift Card to another Takumi Gift Card. Only original Takumi Gift Cards and codes are accepted. Takumi reserves the right to accept a Takumi Gift Card only after the proof of purchase is shown on request or the e-mail in which Takumi or a designated third party have sent the code of the digital Takumi Gift Card and to demand payment in cash in the event of improper use (and any suspicion thereof).
  8. If the Takumi Gift Card has been purchased from a third party, the receipt and the top-up certificate must be submitted to Takumi on request.
  9. Takumi reserves the right to refuse a payment with the Takumi Gift Card if payment is not possible due to a technical malfunction. For more information or to block the Takumi Gift Card, please contact loyalty@takumiramennoodles.com.
  10. Ownership of the Takumi Gift Card passes at the time of receipt of the Takumi Gift Card by the buyer. Should a third party gain unauthorized (digital or physical) access to the Takumi Gift Card after receipt of the Takumi Gift Card, this is at the risk of the buyer. Takumi is in no way liable for theft, loss, forgery or misuse of the Takumi Gift Card. Takumi will under no circumstances pay out or set off the remaining credit.

HOW MUCH BALANCE IS ON MY GIFT CARD?

There is a unique code on the back of each gift card. You can enter this on Piggy’s website to check your balance.

DO I HAVE TO SPEND THE GIFT CARD IN ONE TRANSACTION?

You can deduct the gift card in several steps. You do not have to spend the gift card in one go.

HOW LONG IS MY GIFT CARD VALID FOR?

There is no limited date to our gift cards. 

WHERE CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD?

You can buy a gift card in one of our Takumi restaurants. Please ask our staff in-store for the purchase.

You can purchase a gift card in-store starting from €25.

CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD ONLINE?

At this moment, we do not sell the gift cards online. We hope that we can expand that option in the future.

I RECEIVED A GIFT CARD. CAN I USE IT FOR TAKUMI COLLECTION?

Currently, it is not possible yet to use the gift card for our Takumi merchandise. We hope that we can expand that option in the future.

IF I HAVE PURCHASED A GIFT CARD IN-STORE. CAN I RECEIVE LOYALTY SAVING POINTS?

We do not give out Loyalty saving points when purchasing a gift card.

I HAVE RECEIVED A GIFT CARD. CAN I RECEIVE LOYALTY SAVING POINTS WHEN REDEEMING THE GIFT CARD?

Yes, please ask our staff in-store to apply the Loyalty saving points into your member account.

WHAT KIND OF GIFT CARDS DO YOU OFFER?

We offer different designs for our gift cards. Our current designs are based on Birthdays, every occasion, and the Holidays. We do hope to expand our designs in the future!

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SPEND THE TAKUMI GIFT CARD IN ANOTHER TAKUMI STORE?

Yes, it’s possible to spend our gift cards in all our Takumi stores in Europe (with the exception of Germany and Prague).

CAN I RE-USE THE GIFT CARDS?

We kindly advise you to hand in the gift cards after use in one of our Takumi restaurants.
